Las Sistas Sourdough is a family-run home bakery — four sisters baking from their home kitchens.

Because our loaves are baked in home kitchens, they are not subject to the inspection requirements of commercial food facilities, and they may be made in kitchens that also handle wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens.

Submitting the order form is a reservation request, not a final sale. One of the sisters texts you within 2 hours to confirm availability and send a secure payment link.

Your order is confirmed only when payment is received. If we cannot fulfil it (sold out, baking day full, outside our delivery area) we will tell you and nothing is charged.

Delivery is currently limited to Kissimmee, FL, Manassas, VA, and parts of Puerto Rico (each sister delivers in her own area), on Saturdays. Delivery is free for a limited time; if a delivery fee is introduced it will be shown on the order page before you reserve.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, but a confirmed order is honored at the price you were quoted.

Payment is due before delivery through the link we send (card, Zelle or Venmo).

Every loaf is baked to order, so refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy: cancel within 24 hours of reserving for a full refund; after that, orders are final.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

All of our breads contain wheat. Some contain or may be cross-contaminated with dairy, eggs, nuts or seeds. If you have an allergy, ask before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to copy, scrape or reuse its content (text, images, recipes) commercially without written permission. We may suspend access at any time.

Las Sistas Sourdough and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.

We may update these Terms; updates take effect on the "Last updated" date above.
